Perhaps there is more to the story than on the surface. Stories always seem to work that way.

1. Sounds like funding is good to go. At the very least some of the funding is a done deal.
2. If the buyback starts the float will decrease. The PPS will go UP. QASP get some cheap shares.
3. Investments are long term. You don't build a corporation around flippers. Look big picture.
4. The deals to QASP are connected somehow. Perhaps it's not the product but the
PEOPLE involved in the transaction that makes the connection.
5. Department of Defense - Not sure how that sounds to you but I like
government - contracts - and possible future connections & deals.
