I am of the sincere belief that the silence is more self induced and SNP is the convenient excuse. I do think SEO is controlling every aspect of trading and information regarding our blocks. The reason are unknown to me so this is only my opinion and purely speculation on my part. My reasoning for this belief is that he supposedly a rich and powerful influence in the region. If he really wanted these shares to soar, they would have. And, it would have happened long before SNP came aboard. There is a game afoot and I believe it has buyout of the OTC shares written all over it.

Edit, it would have occured long before SNP took ove Addax.
