Any company on the OTC that is not in the public eye will hire promo groups to gain exposure on their stock when they have large news do debut.. Because a stock hires promotional companies DOES NOT mean that they are not a legitimate company.. Every OTC company uses promo companies to run awareness campains on their stocks!
