Dava, "could be in a few days" is so vague, don't you agree. The PPS reflects no confidence in this company or it's management esp if they claim the book value to be around a dime. To the screwball who keeps posting these short figures, the numbers from FINRA are a daily tally of the short position, it is not added up day after day so for your credibility, stop making an arse of yourself.
The transfer agent will not release the share counts as of this morning, and so we have to take Mr. Greenberg word that he has not diluted, but let's be honest with ourselves, a stock that sells for a tenth of a cent is really a lottery ticket, and this week "mega millions" is worth 220 million to some luck soul.
