exactly and have you went back and looked at the share counts?? You are now seeing my point. Never has there been a sec filing for major shareholders of record. The buyer may have decided long before he put in a offer that he wanted to buy and started buying on the open market. He then could have made them an offer, one they just couldnt refuse, the PR are made, we are all told, he or THEY continue to buy on the open market. Nothing illegal at all. And shorts that do not cover by the date of closing OWE the new owner for all those shorts. jmo
