That is a very big theory, but one that makes a lot of sense and I could almost hop on board with that.

If a reverse merger was transpiring, it would certainly explain why they would have to be silent. I've never been involved with a stock that went through a reverse merger, but from what I gather this would be a good thing right? :)

Again I know all we can do is speculate at this point.
