I Never Thought I Would Be In Favor Of Dilution, But With
All The Problems Currently Facing CPRK, We Need $$$ To Get
This Thing Operating Correctly. The Upside Will Not Be As
High As We Would Like, However A Nice Profit Can Still Be Had.
