actually he did not do anything. he explained something like a certain amount of shares has to go though to trigger bid showing.
he checked etrade and some other platforms and they all had 00 as bid. So if activity gets too low we may see this again and seems to be a standard not just beause its NSMG. Its a lerning process and sometimes frustrating.
