The microscope has officially been placed over YA GLobal.
There's nowhere to hide, now that there is a legal investigation.
I can't see how the SEC wouldn't get involved in some degree now.
I believe the more stones unturned, the more corruption is revealed.

It only benefits the 'company' and the real 'company shareholders'. We have already lost massively from this relationship. There's only upside.

YA can be ruined. NEOM execs and BODs can be implicated.
Any revealed wrongplay & corruption only BETTERS this company.
