in the case of a reverse split, the price seldom goes up, because MOST of the time, after the R/S, the price just dumps right back down (SPRL is a VERY notable exception to that rule).

plus..investors are fed up with TFCT's games. They have done a number of R/S's, and then just bloat the share count right back up again. Read some of the SEC filings. Not a pretty picture. That's why the stock just sits and tanks, no matter what positive info gets put out in the PR's.

And it's a shame. I've held this stock for 5 years, ever since the Sea Patch was coming off the drawing boards. Mgmt of TFCT has completely blown every chance they had to become a strong, fiscaly viable company.
