Dumping the entire amount at once may have flushed out many longs and eroded the confidence of investors. We will know the true float is suspect after the finalization of funding. One can only speculate how many shares have been or will be purchased.
Since the increase occurred over time many longs still have a position (mine significantly increased) as it gave me time to gather funds.
