All of your comments concerning past Q stocks have merit.HOWEVER,
the Q stocks that I previously followed had increasing liquidity in their monthly MOR's.MESAQ is the exception to this rule.I do not have a complete FS or footnotes to study,but I can't explain the MOR's of MESAQ.This is just a tool,it may have little bearing on the pps of Mesaq,but it needs to be addressed in the future.GLTA
