Have to agree with you Doc. They did infer a cash divi at the time. I'am not going to spend any time trying to prove it, aurc is not worth the time. When in fact they did issue a stock divi, I just added them to the rest I had. Anyway as everyone knows they to became worthless just like the rest of my aurc stock. Unfortunatley even though I never sold those shares,at tax time I had to pay income tax on those stocks at the share price they were when I received them.You see aurc got me again! I sold this worthless sh_t when it hit .01 a few days ago. Just checking in to see if anyone falls for their SCAM again.
