Pump And Dump, Bankruptcy, Lawsuits, Questionable Property Sales, Sounds a little unethical to me, but if thats what you like. As for me, not on any board Id own stock in. Looks to me he pumps em, dumps em, files bankruptcy, gets sued and runs. If he did it once, well....lets just say I would not trust him where he is now. Looks to me like he uses his positions for personal gains, Agenda Based if you will...Hire who you will though, anytime. I like the Clean History of the Steads at Katx and the new law firm they hired. They are Hard to beat in my book..

GLTY, you may need it if you hire that fella. Doesnt seem Trust worthy IMHO
