This stock is a shell at this point - you are looking at 11.8MM shares and the main insiders own about a third if I remember correctly.

Someone has been accumulating this in the past couple of months quietly and the cheapies are gone. When I saw the ask go from around a dime to a quarter I knew it was going to get good.

I just kick myself as I talked myself out of getting 100k at 2 cents to average down to help me get out lower.

This stock is just representing a holding company, the bank was taken by the FDIC. Not sure what is going to happen to the big refund they are due, thought it was worth over $1/share. Hope the holding company gets it.
