ScottMBA..Here is another a few solid penny stocks to add to the IRA: INCCE, MTPR and VMSY...I hold positions in all of these and play the highs and buy on the dips. They are penny stocks after all but they all are profitable (as of 2009), big veriable contracts on the way/already announced in 2010, record earnings expected for 2009/2010, solid management team and fully reporting so I am always going to make money off the dips. No pumping just like to spread the word of solid penny stocks when you find them, then come back and play them again and again.
