The folks using the device surely need at least a few days of training...just like you initially hunt and peck on a computerized cash register... but once your fingers get trained, it would be a breeze......
But the best part is

If I were part of the folks who are deciding the marketing strategy for this company,
I would use that slogan to the companys advantage :
"LECERE FIRMS : CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NEVER LEAVES THE TABLE"
