if i didn't know better, i would say someone here is sure trying to paint an innocent picture of MGON....and boy, do they ever spend a lot of time doing so...even though mevt is no longer dependant on mgon for anyhting, i wil let you in on the truth, and you can decide for yourself...
How does anyone on here know if mevt has any legal claims against mgon, unless hey are part of mgon ?
you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that mevt was ripped off from joel garnder re the hartindo rights..the original contract shows mevt as being the "exclusive owner" to those rights for 6 million shares of mevt.....joel tried to imply afterwards that he meant co-exclusive rights.....there is no such thing as co-exclusive rights, and who would pay millions of dolar for co-exclusive rights to anything....thats like paying millions of dollar up front to be alowed to sell a product that everyne else is selling...it doesnt make sense, and any judge would come to the same conclusion...
...MGON couldnt distribute those same rights to others after mgon's own ceo signed documents stating that the rights were exclusive (directors of pcl included) and pcl is not allowed to shut down after and say "ooops, sorry, we have shut down so now you dont own those rights anymore"...it doesnt work that way......joel gardner had arranged that payment method through pcl, and he also announced a pr through mgon, stating he was made a director of pcl....the last time i checked, directors are personally responsible for what goes on in their companies.....but he thinks he can hide this way...lol.....again, joel was personally paid mevt shares through pcl...there are many records and other things proving this......there is all kinds of proof to this....i know of 2 investors who purchased shares of mevt from joel gardner "directly", right after he received them from this transcation the records at the transfer agent dont lie.......he told both of these investors that mevt just bought the exclusive rights to hartindo, from him, and the shares are going to sky rocket..(this is in an email from joel, to two people)....thats the emails these guys showed me personally from joel...pretty incriminating stuff i'd say.....the guy was saying all this as part of his pitch to sel them the stock.....this will all come out in the courts, you'll see...btw, its really not that expensive to hire a lawyer to prove this,especially with the amount of evidence/paper trail gardner left.... but i can assure you, it will be expensive to fight it...lol
Its pretty obvious what is happening here, and what certain posters objectives are....i'd be scared to, if i was joel.
This all has no bearing on mevt today, it can only help mevt....mevt has a prety darn god case against this joker, but yet this joker and his family are on this board every day, bashing this company. Doesnt make sense.
