i guess when you have multi millions of dollars like these guys, thats entirely up to them.

...and why would they be in trouble even if they did reverse engineer it ? there was no patent on it. Isn't that what a patent protects ?

Lets be real here, even though they owned the rights to the hartindo product, they could not purchase the product to fulfill orders....when they placed orders , the orders were not filled....thats why they proceeded to make their own product over 2 years ago.....as soon as mgon sold the same rights to another company, i assume mevt managment knew to move forward with their own product.

mevt911, im glad you raised these issues/questions....tell me, why do you think these guys went to the great expense of making their own product ? and while you're at it, why do you think they were confident enough to alos purchase the new BB vehicle ? .....as far as i'm concerned the only reason you spend all that time and money to make your own product and buy a new fully reporting vehicle is if you have lots of potential sales lined up your back pocket, ....these guys have gone through the ringer with mgon etc, yet they still push on. Why do you think they keep pushing on ? What is the main motivating factor ?

IMHO, its likely all the sales they have lined up.

And YES, they have made the product BETTER..apparently there is more binding agent in it, which makes it stick to upholstery, wood, etc "BETTER"...not to mention i heard it is much cheaper than having to go through all those other middlemen....that will likely mean they can sell it at much more competitive pricing, while maintaining the same mark up....that has to be good for sales too.

hehe
