i watched some of the GS hearings and i hope the SEC has much more than what the congress had...an MM can short a product after its sold...the buyer has to examine the product (buyer beware)...now if the propectus was faulty the SEC has them DEAD...but an MM shorting a product is BS...IMHO...the MMs here I am sure short gdhi...and all other companies they underwrite...
