It has got to be a slip up. They might have told her not to put it on her article first hand, but when she wrote her article, she must've completely forgotten altogether or overlooked that part of May 2010.

This pans out good because of the recent press release about hinting us of retail deals.......

In the end, I hope she doesn't get in trouble for that!
