Nuram, don't believe the buy-ins report. There's evidence that it is not always totally accurate in many cases.

If ARSC was heavily shorted, why hasn't one of those shorts stepped up and hit .0001 today, in an effort to 'inspire' more .0001 sellers? Afterall, thats exactly how the shorts work.
