The authorised share count is like a Line of Credit with your bank or CreditCard company. Only the foolish max out their cards as soon as they get them. Same here. Right now there is great "credit" available for use during the aquisition of a US sibsidiary without having to get additional shares printed for the purpose. This is good business practice.
