Janks, question for for you,

what if we, who own this stock all make a formal vote, saying this Friday all trading is to be halted on our stock for 20days, wouldn't the shorts haft to cover by Friday or be in violation of the 13 day cover requirement? (I am new to squeezes, so this might be a dumb question.)
