Here's some insight into Bermans mentality. This is his own words when he got upset about with a poster who had the goods on him from prior experience a year or so earlier. If you look at the highlight he pinpoints what he was after. Not for investors to see gains, but himself. He has no intent of allowing investors to see any returns on their money, because he not wants their money, but using his MM in a unique way to get their money by reciprocating their buys with selling into them with his ever present 504D's, and now with the use of non registered securities to his buddies or partnere in crime since no one else will bite. When he sells these certs he sells them for a price way way below any bid a retailer on the open market pays. Never more than .0001, and even lower in blocks. If a retailer wants in the ask will always be higher than what Berman is selling to his friends for. He cares less about the O/S count, its whatever it takes to rake in for himself at everyone elses disadvantage.
The company should rightfully be named - Bermans Piggy Bank. Deposits welcomed. He uses a beater account for money transfers, and then does whatever he does with it?.......new cars, realestate, vacations, etc etc.

Regardless, you guys should know by now not to get sucked in by this idiotic and false rhetoric. The reason this guy keeps coming back is he continues to find an audience on your board. If you guys would stop giving him a platform he would stay away. My advice delete him forever, he is small potatoes and does not affect the groups that move RSDS volume. They know better.
