Mr Zig,

From ANX I know how you feel about reverse splits and I agree with you as I sold 1/2 my ANX two weeks before the R/S; what do you make of todays SNSS Proxy Statement? The following is something I posted on the Yaholligan Board:

I know lots of companies have boiler plate language to cover them in the event they have to do a Reverse Split, and I know that today’s Proxy Statement is only amending/extending previous R/S language, however, I was not around when the R/S possibility was originally raised so I am not 100% sure how to interpret todays Proxy Statement. Informed responses would be appreciated.
