Connectyx posted revenues for all of 2008 of $322,067 and through the third Quarter of 2009, $246,140. Based upon these figures the Company expects to exceed 2008 revenues. This along with the decrease of Selling and Administrative Expenses and the increase in profit margin should allow the Company to break even in the first half of 2010.

On a comparison basis, revenues were $470,689.05 for the year ended December 31, 2009 vs. $382,067.72, for the same period in 2008, an increase of $88,621.33. The Company has sustained a loss of ($393,902.74) for the year ended December 31, 2009 as compared with a loss of ($478,204.08) for the same period in 2008, an improvement of $84,301.34.

Connectyx was granted U.S. Trademark #3,739,453 for the protection of the MedFlash name, graphics and proprietary USB operating system.
