fijs20 OS is 189mil has been for over 2yrs of those about 5 insiders own 131 million that are restricted (not for sale) That leaves about 58 million in the float (free trading). Of those one of the guys on this board owns 8.5 million another guy on this board owns 5.5 million about 5 more guys own another 10 million as far as free trading I've been buying HSCC since 2005. I sell the mm a 100 shares every once in a while just to give him a good slap in the face to WAKE UP and tighten the spread. So free trading float is 58 -8.5 -5.5 -10= about 34million which was reduced substantially today. The float is very low.
Read the pr "Next week HSCC will launch a nationwide advertising campaign introducing our website and an invitation to join our 226 shareholders."
What do you suppose that's all about?
If you have 226 shareholder to divide 34 million shares evenly they can each own 154k shares. What if you increase the number of shareholders to say 500 or 1000. 500 shareholder each get 68k shares 1000 shareholders each get only 34,000. Well what if some of those newbies decide they want more shares they aren't happy with only 34k shares they want 500k shares.

What will that do to the price?

a. Go up
b. Go down
c. Go up a lot
d. Go up a lot and continue to go up
e. I don't have a clue because I've never seen anything but dilute POS penny stocks trade.
