it might have been on rb that someone said there are, i think, 6 million more. i don't see that. the math works out with the market cap and the number of outstanding shares between the ceo/cfo, director, and the two institutions (calpers and something else). i just don't understand how, if nearly 100% of the shares are owned by these four entities, there could be such an increase in pps as occurred today. it's not as though they just purchased all these shares today. there must be more, but that would require dd on my part. anyway, my knowledge of how the stock market works is simple, diminutive, yet budding.
