Actually if you look deeper, you will see that all of that info is from 2005 or 2006 on their original disclosures. it appears that they changed that along the way as they say on their website 18,000 sq ft and on other document they say the lease payment is somewhere around $5,000 or 5,500. If they went into a smaller area that explains why the monthly lease payment also went down.
