I am glad others are looking into this as well.
Not to throw fuel on a fire, but I would like to point out another inconsistancy.
The most recent ZKid PR clearly states "Beginning in January-February 2005, the Sharing Way LLC Pre-Paid Mastercard will be in the hands of 100,000 members."
Now compare that with this email to THEBRIT from SharingWay:

"The actual number of card members is small at this time but Sharing Way has recently placed an order for more than 100,000 cards in anticipation of a major campaign with one of America’s largest charities."

Does "will be in the hands of 100,000 members" sound the same as "...ordered 100,000 cards IN ANTICIPATION of a major campaign"?

Now, I may be splitting hairs here, but I bet they don't currently have 100,000 people waiting for the cards at this time. To me , both recent PR's are irresponsable at best, and downright misleading or fraudulent at worse. There is no excuse for it.
