* recent insider buying (12/14/2004)
* daily volume at HOY
* recent dilutions ending:
12/9/2004 S8
6/29/2004 SB2
* 52-week low .033 (on 11/30/2004)
* level II currently showing solid bid support @ .03
* O/S around 100,000,000

No prediction here, but the chart looks ready to pop IMO ... time will tell
