before I get too far past this post I'd like to reply. as far as CE w/lcre, it will take some digging to find the facts on their CE. It might be and I don't know that it came with the corperate shell they filled. It could also possibly follow most companies that fill a shell. something you can't consider until you have all facts and I mean all facts. upcoming results will trump CE anyway. IMO
