Dec 29, 2004 (streetinsider.com via COMTEX) -- YDI Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq:
YDIW) is benefiting from the recent run-up in Phazar Corp (Nasdaq: ANTP) shares,
even though the merger between the two was called off.

On 11/18 Phazar called off its merger with YDI Wireless. Phazar's stock closed
at $5.82 that day, but today is trading over $40.

According to an SEC filing, as of November 18, 2004, YDI owned approximately
470,250 shares of Phazar common stock, which constituted approximately 20% of
Phazar's common stock outstanding on that date.
