which are held in cert form off shore (tda loves that)
which will then be shorted against until exph's pps
is cellar boxed to .0001 ..

what is the time frame on that?

after etmm .. just before market close .. i'd lay
odds we see *NITE & ETMM* on ask tomorrow at .0008

*effort just a wee bit obvious*
