I talked to DK immediately after the meeting about this and he was positive no current investor can just be involved with the JDZ/EEZ and all new plc investors will become JDZ/EEZ players as well. So all investors will be involved in all properties.

I mentioned how this was in direct conflict with what was said at the last SHM and he said he was aware of it but that is just how it worked out. I was first very upset by this but now I have come to accept it as maybe not being as bad as I first thought - based on ERHC being able to obtain good producing properties that would come on line quickly - that is the nut we have to crack for this to work to our advantage. I certainly see the risks you pointed out at the meeting and hope they have been planned for adequately.
