Van, I just meant he gained a strike with me personally because I was a shareholder. I listened to the interview, liked what I heard, bought a few shares and then a few days later he filed an S-8. I know that sometimes S-8's need to be filed, it's just the timing of that one that rubbed me the wrong way.
