I don't think anyone is watching the technical indicators on this play.

It is all about if we escape the BK re-opening with any equity at all. If they sell the shell and use the proceeds to pay off debts then we get nothing. Are the debts even valid anymore? Will all of the common shares get wiped out? Valid concerns.

I trust Holigan in making something happen here.

As far as I know RM is still in play.
