Gump, Because I believe it is a well know fact that MM's (Market Manipulators) and possibly some Day Traders, are suppressing the share price so they can accumulate shares at the lowest possible price. Once they accumulate and positive news is released, the price may rise dramatically.

My enthusiasm is not unbridled. It is well reasoned and based on my own research and Due Diligence. I have determined that the experienced and well seasoned management does know what they are doing and does know how to properly finance their operations despite any protestations that not knowing who provided the finance money is somehow a fatal missing fact. It is not a fatal missing fact. It is simply not yet disclosed information on a pink sheet stock. Normal business on the pink sheets, so far as I can tell. There is nothing sinister about holding back financing information when non-disclosure may be part of the financing deal. Just because someone wants to know something about a company, does not mean that the company must release the information. Sometimes revealing financing information gives away what is being planned in the future.

KATX has many properties with likely minerals in the ground, and possible Joint ventures in the offing. A new Law Firm with massive experience in JV's and uplisting. I somehow do not believe that a website that seems somehow lacking to you is a serious enough concern to avoid investing in this stock.

My point was that there are a lot of positive features to KATX and it's management and the way they run their junior mining business. I like what I see and I will continue to invest my money into KATX shares while the price is LOW.

Since you do not own any KATX stock, by your own admission, I will opt to rely on my own reasoning power over that of someone who has no ownership and an undisclosed agenda.
