About the float - the research I have is this; In 2005 there were 6.1b (billion restricted shares) held by insiders.

There were also 20m unrestricted shares in the float. CEO signed a 24 month restriction locking up the 6b shares until Nov 2006. sometime in 2005 there was a 6 for 1 stock split (not including the restricted shares) making the float somewhere around 120-140m shares.

Combined, this makes the current float somewhere around 6.3 billion shares. That combined with the lack of revenue, lack of news, and lack of interest = .0001 bid/ask

I have a call into the company to see what they are doing to address shareholder value. I will keep you all posted.
