the million dollar questions....lol.....I really don't know......all I know is they invented the corn oil extraction technology and market......that 20% of the industry is stealing their technology, oil & profits......that they have 40 lawsuits against ethanol producers and that the Cardinal case is moving along swiftly w/ judgements so far in Greenshift's favor.....so far the patent office and the judge have sided w/ Greenshift....their stock is severley undervalued imo and I feel like when the final judgement comes in they will prevail....just like Marquis being impressed w/ Dave Winesse(sp), I'm impressed w/ their expertise as well......there's no telling how long this will play out.....I just feel like in the end we will prevail and profit.....in conclusion....your guess is as good as mine...lol$$$
