You make these guys out to be greedy, tricky individuals (not saying they aren't)... Why not just dump shares off at .0001 if that is the case. Why not dump shares at the BID (OR LOAD UP shares at the ASK) while they release their PRs. They don't need to buy 20k worth of shares to support their big houses or big cars..
