try a smaller order volume is drying up, to much uncertainty in the future of this company, and a general lack of confidence they can deliver. Ian's recent interviews smacks of despiration, i don't know what else he expected to happen most of the company communications (are few) and lack the specifics for anyone to make a financial judgement.
