I have been scanning for patents or applications from Jabbour also, because solar related filings would probably come from his end. So far I've not seen anything that relates directly to QD applications, but you never know, they could be putting finishing touches on a filing right now. An application patent for solar panels with tetrapod dots seems very plausible. Maybe the filing is the hold-up, or maybe there's no advantage to an announcement until a big contract is in-hand???
