MESSAGE TO KEN FROM SHAREHOLDERS

Please read the following message and let me know if any changes need to be made. I will send the message out in a half an hour. I encourage all of you to send this letter in an e-mail to Ken along with a brief message about what is bothering you about SDVI's lack of transparency. The more shareholders that we have doing this, the better the message will travel to Ken on shareholder sentiment.

Ken,

SDVI shareholders are growing very tired of the lack of transparency between SDVI's management and shareholders. The shareholders have been patiently holding shares while only 6 press releases have been released since the beginning of the year. The market manipulators are using the lack of business operations information to their advantage. They pray on stocks that are easily manipulated. Increasing the investor audience would greatly reduce the volatility of SDVI’s stock. The shareholders value that SDVI is a profitable company that has a bright future, but could you please update shareholders with a single or multiple PRs covering many facets of SDVI's business operations? I have listed types of questions that many investors would like to know more about. These questions come straight from the shareholders through a poll that I took using iHub.

Shareholders would like to know more about:

1) What is SDVI looking at in 2010 and beyond?
a. What kinds of projected growth rates and profitability are likely for 2010/2011?
b. What sorts of targets is SDVI setting for itself as a company?
i. Games released per year?
ii. Yamani contract completion?
iii. Sales targets?
c. What does SDVI’s management see the company as in the future? Where is SDVI headed?
i. Why does SDVI want to go global (advantages/disadvantages)?
ii. What does SDVI want to do in the future and how will it get there?
2) What is SDVI’s course of action with regards to uplisting to a higher exchange?
a. When does SDVI plan on having quarterly audited financial statements for investors?
b. What is an expected time frame to uplist to a higher exchange?
c. What hurdles need to be overcome before SDVI can uplist to a higher exchange?
3) What progress has been made on the Yamani contract?
a. Can any more specifics of the contract be given?
b. What sorts of companies is SDVI looking at acquiring with the money from the Yamani contract?
c. What kinds of things will Yamani use SDVI for in their business practices?
4) What is 7th Level Entertainment Group up to?
a. How well have SDVI and 7th Level Entertainment Group merged together?
b. What is 7th Level Entertainment Group looking forward to in the future?
c. What goals have they set for themselves?
d. What kind of profitability can be expected from 7th Level Entertainment Group in 2010 going forward and from what?
5) What is new with the Reader Rabbit series?
a. What is holding up the Reader Rabbit series from being published and distributed?
b. What kinds of sales are you expecting and what are the current credit lines that have been established to keep up with such demand?
c. How well has the DS Reader Rabbit Kindergarten game sold thus far?
6) What do you expect from DME Capital LLC?
a. What is the game plan with regards to attracting new investors?
b. If DME Capital LLC is unable to attract new investors, what is your next course of action?
7) Will SDVI advertise its products in the future?
a. Will the subsidiaries of SDVI help in advertising for Graffiti Entertainment and its games?
b. What sort of advertising will occur while using SDVI in-house and outside resources?

These are the types of things that shareholders would like to know more about and having one or multiple press releases covering this information would favorably impact the price per share of SDVI. There will be fewer uncertainties in potential investors’ eyes and there will be a higher likelihood that more investors will buy shares knowing that the company likes to keep its investors updated. Not only does SDVI need to attract new shareholders, but it needs to retain the present ones. The investors want SDVI to sell itself as something that is worth 10s of millions of dollars (which shareholders know to be true), but information regarding current operations and forward looking operations need to be disclosed in order to do so. Shareholders want to see SDVI succeed, but there is such little information in the market about SDVI as a whole. Please let me know if there is anything I can do with regards to keeping shareholders informed or reasons why these types of answers cannot be disclosed.

Kind Regards,

SDVI Shareholders
