Things are tight. Anyone with Level 2 can see it.

The spread on the bid/ask is tight, even with a sell they don't walk it down quickly. Even with stalling, they don't walk it down, hell they walked it up. Buy volume is almsot triple of sell volume. Knowing they have short sold shares the past week... this is a spring ready to go off if we got good buying volume, or one that will slowly spring up if we just keep holding like we do now (which I prefer)
