Because of the pinksheets.com update. Its up in the sticky, they are buying a 100% stake in another company and reverse merging with them. Still have to get the PCAOB audit completed, than uplisting to the otcbb. PCAOB is a third party auditor, so that should be a good sign of things to come.

L2 is looking nice now, Bid moved up to the current price.
Followed by two on the ask at .0009, than .0014, .0018, .002.
Shares this cheap are getting scarce as far as i can tell.
