ROCKFORD — Owners of AMCORE Financial Inc. stock learned Monday — if they hadn’t already guessed — that their shares are worthless.
What a shame for the shareholders,, I hoped they would have gotten a swap of Harris Bank shares for there AMFI shares ,but it looks like that won't happen. Tragedy
