Companies use their stock to raise money for various reasons. This one is no exception.

The important value of this one is that it has been determined by this board that DD shows insiders are accumulating stock. That indicates there is higher PPS on the horizon.

All that said, if you heard any of the Goldman Sachs hearings yesterday, we retailer investors are being used, screwed and abused and it really comes down to a game of Craps. And that is with the Big Boards.

My huntch here is that these Reverse mergers into shells are truely the new way for a cheaper IPO scenario for these companies. IMO
