If we get the money a buyback begins of monumental proportions. How long can QASP both buyback cheap shares and not completely string along an awaiting PR? NOT long. So either a buy back happens and the cats out the bag or no buyback and they just announce the funding. Been loaded so I hope their is limited or no buyback.
